The building was constructed to the rear third of an existing garden (in place of an old garage) and comprises new garage below with living quarters above with fully independent water, gas, electric and phone supplies.

Blockwork and steel structure clad with Cedar boarding with Cedar shingle roof tiles and Cedar deck gives a Chalet type feel but bespoke glass panels, sharp render detail and high spec interior combine to give a modern look.

In addition, the front and rear gardens received a ‘landscape makeover’ including full design and planting plan.
