A prestigious development in St.James’s Street above L’Oranger restaurant.

The existing building was
re-modelled and developed to include a lift through the centre to access, two flats and a penthouse suite on top.

During the 18 month development period, the flats were constructed to a very high standard consistent with the location including fitted furniture, computer controlled lighting and air conditioning throughout.
