The construction of the first dance studio for Karen Hardy Studios.

The start point was a concrete retail outlet in a cosmopolitan development on the River Thames.

The dance studio with maple floor, full height mirrors, comprehensive sound and lighting system was constructed in three quarters of the space.

A glitzy bespoke bar and coffee lounge was constructed in the remaining quarter with hardwood flooring.
