Two neighbouring properties were ‘joined’ by removing the party wall and replacing with a steel spine to maximise space.
A loft conversion with rear mansard was constructed to gain a third floor.
A full top end refurbishment followed including a re-plumb and re-wire with computer controlled lighting and underfloor heating. Four double bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms / wet rooms were constructed to the upper floors whilst the living space included a new kitchen and bespoke fireplace to the main living room. |
